Klein Bay new construction?

Hello All,

We are going in late April and staying at Orchid Villa in the Klein bay area. Could anyone give me an idea of the new place being built.

I really need to know that construction isnt going to be next door or super close.

Here is the link to a building blog for the new home in Klein Bay you are talking about. It is the second house on the left (downhill build) going into Klein Bay not sure where Orchid Villa is in comparison to that though.

Just curious, what are (anyone) feelings on the noise level being that close. Do you think it will be bothersome?

I would email and ask where they will be in the construction at that point. Probably farther than the heavy construction I would think. We had construction next door a few years ago in Anguilla and heard almost nothing with no heavy machinery. We even took the bedroom on that side since we are early risers and still weren't bothered.
