Loved it. When we came back from St. John in December we had to wait 1 hour at JFK baggage claim before any luggage from our flight was unloaded. People were frantic. One gentleman, and I use that word loosely, was walking around screaming "WHERE'S MY LUGGAGE" over and over and over again not only to baggage officials but the poor guys sweeping the floor. When he finally obtained his bags they were held together by duct tape but he didn't complain he just left. It made for good post vacation entertainment for many.
