Never stayed there, but took a first-hand look at it a few years ago. One of the Bethany Condos.

As I recall, it's a sunrise view rather than a sunset view.

Let me know if you have questions.

I'm not sure why they chose the name Oceana, another STJ villa already has that name.

Just FYI in case you weren't aware since reviews could be confusing.

Beachnut- Husband and I stayed here in November.
The location is great for getting around-sunsets on
the deck are nice.
The kitchen is a bit outdated and the bedroom area
has little or no head room-sloped roof- so watch yourself. My husband is 6'3" and had a hard time
moving around up there. I thought the for being billed as "premier" it would have nice linens etc-
it did not they were stained.
Also, on the day we arrived the keys were promised to be left out- well, the door was locked and no keys!
My husband had to scale down the bank and climb up onto the adjacent balcony and scale around the provacy wall-about 6 feet- the keys were on the deck behind the locked door?!! Not a great way to start out a trip! None of this wrecked our trip but being billed as premier seems a bit of an overstatement.

Wow - not the villa I was thinking of - all this time I thought you were talking about "the" Oceana. They really should change the name unless he is hoping to book people who think they are getting the "original" Oceana :) ......
