Can't help you with the Scuba Question but you will be in good company, as there are many "Maniacs" in the USVI.
Actually a lot of New Englanders in general.

Thank you for the reply! I am coming in alone on Sunday... My son is 11 and doesnt join me until after X mas. Do you know if there are any guitar teachers on island? I have to keep him busy as he is going to be homeschooled. My son loves Rock n Roll. I am excited... Where are the places to avoid if you are a Naive' Mainiac?? Thanks, M
