There are a bunch in the 4 bedroom range and much fewer in the 6 bedroom range. Which is it, and what part of the island do you prefer? Pool and Hot tub? AC? Give us a few specifics and you'll get lots of advice. Also, is there a budget? I can think of several mighty fine villas in the Peter Bay area if $$ is no concern. This one looks pretty nice. :D http://www.caribbeanvilla.com/ultimate/ ... /index.asp

we stayed at Esprit de la Vie in Rondezvous Bay this summer. It has 4 bedrooms each with king bed and it's own bathroom. It's great! We rented from Carefree Getaways.

Vistaero - 5 BRs. We're booked for November so can't give any first hand feedback.

Stayed at Vistaero in May. Really nice villa, 5 bedrooms, all with their own attached bath, all had entrances outside to the balcony/deck areas, so you had privacy from each other. Great at hosting a large group -- very large common spaces (great room, kitchen). Decks were huge, pool is large, plenty of furniture inside and out for lounging around with a big group. We were 3 families (12 total) and never felt crowded. The view is amazing. This was my 3rd trip, and favorite place to stay so far.

we are hoping to get 4-6 couples. We have 3 couples committed right now and usually get 8-10 couples on our trips so we are aiming low. We are hoping to stay around $1500 or less per couple so we can get some meals in too. We would love a pool and hot tub. I've only stayed in the Coral bay area but we are open to any good spots. THANKS

Skyway Villa in Gifft Hill is great for couples traveling together and has a pool and hot tub. I know that VillaLuxe.com is offering a special right now.

Try www.sapphirebreeze.com directly or access sapphire breeze through www.vivacations.com. we are returning this October for our second stay at Sapphire. It is a beautifully designed villa with room for many.

We have thought about renting Skyway. Can you tell me if it has AC?

Thanks.

Here's one that should be considered. http://www.stjohnultimatevillas.com/st- ... lasusa.php In this market I wouldn't let the asking price stop me from making an offer on the rental rate. Another one in Peter Bay that appeals to me is Rotunda but I believe it's a 5 bedroom.

Here are several we looked at for our upcoming trip.

Some are above your price range but you didn't say what time of year you were going (or maybe I missed it)

Our group is particular about equal bedrooms and by your hope that you could find a house with bedroom suites, I suspect your group is too. These houses have equal (or very nearly) equal bedrooms.

We stayed at Oceana last November (9 women). Four bedrooms are fairly equal; the remaining 2 are much smaller - and I don't think either has any windows.

Also, if your group is into villa gravity, the pool is on the small side.
