Jorge, I usually get myself into trouble by asking too many questions or saying the wrong thing. 
But I do have good intentions! I understand what you're saying. We are hoping to convince some friends to come with us in May (we'll be there during your PBF tour) and have tried to convince them by not asking for half the price of the villa, but they won't accept that. So your intentions are good too
