St John Villa: "Fun and Contentment"

Post by mit43 »

Hi!

Has anyone stayed at "Fun and Contentment" in Coral Bay? It's fairly new and I can't find any reviews yet.

Thanks!

My husband and I have shown this villa several times as it is for sale - what would you like to know :)

Hi Pia,

Just wanted to make sure everything is still as described on the website. I knew it was for sale and was wondering if anything had changed with the villa itself. We are staying there in a couple of months.

Is the road still very rough?

How do you handle showings when there are occupants in the villa?

Will all the bookings still be honored if the villa sells?

Thanks for your reply!

Hi there

I just looked at the website for F&C and the villa looks exactly as pictured :)

The road is still "rough" - more so if you are not used to driving here - just go slow and remember it is an adventure :)

As far as showings go, you will be contacted by the rental company and arrangements will be made providing you are OK with it - you are not required to clean up/prepare for a showing like you would if you are showing your own home in the States - we all realize you are on vacation and do not expect it to be in "showroom condition" so to speak :)

You will have a wonderful time :)

Hope this helped
