Klein Bay

Does anyone know the location of a new house being built in the Klein Bay Area?
We are thinking of renting Orchid Villa next February. Any other comments on this villa would be appreciated.

Not sure about the new villa location, but Orchid Villa is beautiful and has a gorgeous view. We stayed there years ago, but it has been updated since then and I can only imagine it is better now than it was then.

The house that is being built is the second house on the left on Klein Bay Rd. It is at the beginning of the road I think Orchid Villa is down the hill a bit.

Think it may be up near Casa del Sol and Leeward.

maybe this is the one you mean - certainly will be "under construction" for a long time yet -the 15 pics on this post might give you a better idea of how close the other homes are - and the previous post also has quite a few neighborhood views that may help.
