What haven't you done?

Post by PSUWethr »

Was sitting here daydreaming about my upcoming surprise trip and reading some great trip reports and realized that after 32 trips to STJ since 1996 there are a few things I still haven't done. Part of it is we get really lazy on the trip and some days find ourselves just hanging at the house and pool all day. Anyway, here are a few of the things I should really get my butt in gear and see/do!!! Any others?

1. Trunk Bay underwater trail-we never went back to this beach after they started charging.

2.Reef Bay trail - heard it was awesome, but never have attempted it.

3. A drink at Woody's - all those trips and we have never stopped there

4. Night snorkel - heard they are amazing but I am to chickensh(*&t to get in the water when I can't see what is coming towards me. (I am a child of the 70's and still hears the JAWS theme everyime I get in the water.)

Gibney, Salomon and Quiet Mon Pub and lots of restaurants yet as we tend to stick with the same ones in Coral Bay and cook at the villa!

A lot of stuff, but there's one thing that really stands out. I've stayed at Concordia twice and still haven't hiked Ram's Head. It's right there! Next time for sure.

STJ is one of those places that although you may go there, over and over and over again, you'll still not do it all.

Oh, that is tempting. I'm ready to ditch this Texas heat.

FYI Deli Grotto is no longer for sale - it sold about a month ago.
