STJ - what I didn't like

Post by Buddles »

We've been home three weeks now and I realized that we took hardly any pictures. I think it was a combination of not wanting to leave a good camera in a soft-sided Jeep, there being only two of us at the beach - so we could not leave a camera behind under someone's watchful eye, and every day being a full day - leaving after breakfast and not returning until it was time to get ready for dinner. Too bad the Olympus Stylus 770 SW camera came out only days before our trip. I think with a camera that versatile, we would have been able to keep it with us at all times and taken lots of pictures. Thanks to all who have posted such wonderful pictures - we are remembering our vacation through your pictures.

Waterguy,

Some guy on epinions.com said that he got water in his lens that voided both his warranty and extended warranty. The 770 does not seem to have the 60 minute restriction on underwater use.
