July 4th on STT..where to see fireworks?

Post by stjchica »

Hey all..
May possibly be on STT for 1 night which would be July 4th. Don't want to go over to STJ as we will be gettin in around 4pm. Where is the best place to hang out for drinks and watch fireworks that night...(Read, safe..but festive atmostphere)

I've never seen fireworks on STT. But STJ has a great fireworks show for their carnival / July 4th. So you can either take the ferry over to STJ and enjoy carnival and fireworks, or watch them on STT from the east end. The view from Sapphire would be nice. :-)

Sometimes the Ritz has had fireworks - if not it is a pretty good view of the STJ show. All the way out on Cabrita point is the closest and best non commercial view.
