Re: Watch for new speed bumps on North Shore Road
Yep thats right we have new speed bumps on North Shore :( The first one is right at the top of the hill as you exit Cruz Bay just past Estate Lindholm - you actually have a hard time seeing it until you are almost on it especially as you are heading back to town. Then we have 2 at Jumbie, 1 at Trun...

You would pack it in a soft side cooler like a polar bear and put that into you big suit case That's what we do too- I pack a roll aboard carry-on for my clothes, and pack a large wheeled duffel to be checked containing our snorkel gear and the soft-sided cooler. Never had a problem with Techni Ice...

We do the pre-bake method and tan before going to STJ. Gives a bit more protection by having a decent base. Wife's already started.... see our...

Here's what we do. Soft sided cooler packed with food goes inside large wheeled duffel bag. Large duffel bag also contains our masks (in their hard cases) snorkels, and fins and what ever else fits, but still keeping it under 50 lbs. Large duffel bag checked. My clothing is packed in a carry on whe...

Beaches post Earl?
Sorry if this has been already discussed, but wondering how the STJ beaches fared, and their condition a week after Earl?
Read somewhere Francis and Maho took a pretty good hit.

It's actually T/S Gaston, not Gustav.

Hopefully Gaston will be like Fiona- peeling off to the north and never really gaining much strength.
Relax and enjoy- just keep an eye on the forecast.
