We had a group of 10 in the Fall of 2013 and rented 2 7-passenger Durangos but were told we could not put more than 5 people in each vehicle by the rental company (Sutton).

Honestly, 5 per vehicle was more than enough once you start putting in coolers, chairs, etc...

No, you will definitely need something bigger. As an FYI - We had a group of 10 and rented 2 Durangos. Even though the Durangos had seating for 7, the rental contract limited us to to no more than 5 people per vehicle. You may want to make sure that 6 people in a vehicle is not going to be a problem...

We have found that regular old corn starch works much better than powder. We put it in a small ziploc and poke some holes in the bag and then put that bag in a bigger ziploc and keep it in the jeep. We went down with a group of 10 in October and each day I would stop at the Love City Mini Mart and buy 4 packages of hot dog rolls, 2 packs of cheese, a package of ham, a package of turkey, peanut butter, jelly, 3-12 packs of Presidente, 3 containers of pringles, Oreos, and Chocolate Chip cookies.....
