I was wondering about that, too. I think it might have been previously called Divine, because if you click on a photo, the URL names it Divine. Maybe?

It was really, really good. It actually has some potato in it, too - about 2 cups of cauliflower and 1 cup of potato, plus seasonings. I can post the recipe later if you want.

First attempt was a success! I steamed the salmon on the bottom level and the veggies on the top. It took 20 minutes and it was delicious! Seasoned only with lemon and pepper, so very healthy. Obviously I cooked the quinoa on the stovetop. http://inlinethumb59.webshots.com/44666/2263547920035240944S...

Electric Food Steamer

We have a two-tier Oster electric steamer. Does anyone out there have experience using one? Have any recipes/tips they'd like to share?

Any help at all would be appreciated! Thanks.

Sorry about the crappy pic, it's from my phone. This was tonight's meal - seared scallops on a bed of puréed cauliflower, with a side of tarragon peas & carrots.

Thanks for the input, folks! And thanks for sharing your pics, Augie. Fantastic!

So far the only excursion I know we're doing is a helicopter ride to walk on a glacier. Still trying to figure the rest out.

What time of year did you go, Augie?

Alaskan Cruise

We're doing an Alaskan cruise in May! I'm soooo excited.

Has anyone gone on one before and have tips/advice?

We're sailing out of Seattle and plan to arrive a day or 2 early to see the city. Suggestions?

Liamsaunt- I would be interested in what you thought about "Someone Knows My Name". I've been eying it for weeks, but haven't committed to it yet. I'm not Liamsaunt, but I loved, loved, loved this book. So much so that now when I read a book I like, I still find myself thinking, "Goo...
