Ocean 362: Opening tomorrow

Hi everyone,

That's very interesting. I've heard rumblings that this will be a tricky sale. I've heard, and this may or may not be the case, that the owner was attempting to sell the branding rights only, which is why no one has bitten yet. The MLS still lists it at $239k. The restaurant will actually open on Friday, November 15. Gallows initially released the wrong date.

There's a quaint little shopping area directly across from custom's (West End). I've only been by boat, but I believe you can walk over. Pusser's Landing is there. It's a nice little restaurant that makes great Bushwackers. The shops have the typical touristy stuff including t-shirts, home decor and...

Maho is definitely the easiest. There is a large lot across the street from the beach and several parking spots in the wooded areas along the road. I looked into this super quickly and found that the website wasn't created until September 12, 2013 - Pretty odd considering that the About Us section states Smart Rentals Online was founded in 1982.
