I think that you may be more likely to get a good discount renting one place -- BUT that being said -- at that time of year you probably have some negotiating power (but maybe more with a longer stay i would think ) -- the thing i DON'T like about moving is the whole packing up and moving your crap ...

That is sad to hear bout ocean palm-- it would seem that this problem would be easily amended by the addition of a couple of additional pressure tanks-- I understand not having great water pressure on island (it wastes a lot of water) but at least have some!

i like just after christmas.... (airfares are down - island tends to empty out) -- but also like early march (presidents week is over so those crowds gone) -- you really can't go wrong in march or early april as long as you keep pulse on who has spring break when ...... the weather is also nicer......

st john beach bum has chairs-- you can buy masks (or rent) from low key or from crabby (and presumably from st john beach bum as well)
