I've been booked for over a month and have to wait until February.

And I don't have the luxury of just dreaming about a nice, relaxing, sunny vacation; I have to figure out how to run 8-tuff miles before I get there

I'm sure you have 2 or 3 things to keep you busy between now and them.

I'll have to give Cafe Livin' another shot next trip. It certainly didn't impress when they first opened.

Wow - seems many combinations of dates work out of Boston. Hmmm - could I go January and February?

Have you considered Florida? We really enjoy the Sanibel/Captiva area. Not all-inclusive, but nice accomodations on the beach, easy to get around and decent restaurants. It's about a 45 minute drive from Ft. Myers airport. No snorkeling if that is important to you.

Although this woman obviously has choices, moving somewhere you've never visited is not all that bad. I moved 4 times for work to places I'd never visited (nor wanted to visit).

I hope this works out for her if this is what she wants.

Sue - if we were traveling in April, I would definitely hold off for jet blue to come down some. But, flights are booking quickly for February.

I was bummed the JB fares were so high. I guess I'd be more bummed if I couldn't get to St. John at all.

I tried booking for our February trip. The Jet Blue fares are double the AA fares.

Looks like it will be AA for us.

I spent last Friday with some friends of friends that are St. Bart's addicts. Two separate couples have been visting for over 15 years - multiple trips a year.

If STJ has to be part of the equation, I would do either do the Caneel/Little Dix split or just stay at Caneel.
