Salt pond for kids?
We avoided Salt Pond for years because we thought it was hot and lacked shade. Last year we hiked Rams Head and noticed some good shade there but we also remember black spiny creatures in the water. We are wondering if that will be a problem for my grandsons next year, ages 4,4,and 7. I know I am pl...

Re: Sea Waves Villa
LA Collina was on my original list and I will put it back for another look. I took it off because it lacked single beds but we remembered we could rent a cot from island baby. Soul Island has an awesome bed set up and looks great. If we can get a break on the kids, the twins will still be 4 next Apr...

Re: Sea Waves Villa
Thanks Teresa. There are 5 adults and the three kids. We need four bedrooms. We do not need all interior access but two of the bedrooms should be near each other or share a bath. We need single beds in at least one of the bedrooms, preferably two because the kids will not sleep well in one bed. They...

Sea Waves Villa
Does anyone know anything about this Villa overlooking Hart Bay? There are no reviews on Vrbo or here or Trip Advisor. We are wondering about child safety for three kids ages 5,5 and 8. Also wondering how close it is to the pond below which makes us think mosquitos. It is partly up Iguana Road. Our ...

Has everyone forgotten the Villa review section?
I went to the Villa review section and noticed that there have only been four Villa reviews since mine was posted almost a year ago. I know that some people do not like to publicize their favorite Villa but they do get found sooner or later. Maybe Anthony can think of a way to encourage more partici...

Re: Is Iguana Road to LaLepinII treacherous?
Thank you Pickle and Teresa Rae. Last night I found an On- St-John Jeep Cam of a ride up Iguana Road to LaLapin. It does look rough and narrow although I know that concrete has excellent traction. My biggest fear would be backing up for an oncoming car but when I show this to my son-in-law he will p...
