Does anyone know where the Phase 2, "Le Petit Maisons" part of this project is located ? I see on Summers End website it states Phase 2 "Pre-sales, engineering and preliminary road prep complete"

Apples to Apples... Sopers Hole has 45 slips and 20 moorings... Yacht Club @ Summers End is to have 145 slips and ADD 19 moorings to those now existing. Sopers Hole Marina runs along the shoreline, YCSE is to extend 500ft into Coral Bay Harbor. My estimates put the new dock area at around 11 sq acre...

We did STJ April last year, the week before Easter, I would NOT suggest that week. Beaches crowded, you need diner reservations, airline and ferries schedules were a mess! WE found the water to be much cooler that time of year than our usual Aug/Sept trips.

We have been to STJ in late Aug and early Sept three times and have never had a problem, actually better weather than our high season trips, One of the visits some restaurant were closed or closing that week but there were still plenty of options, The best part is the lack of visitors at the beaches...

Hi Neighbor...my wife and I recently purchased a place just South of you in Vero Beach, I thought the same and unfortunately have found the prices to be the same or more than I pay when traveling from NY! What I have found... is some nice deals out of West Palm to the Bahamas
