Presidente is available in most places. Occasionally we've found Carib in cans (11 oz.) I believe I've also seen Redstripe, but I'm not a Redstripe fan.

Actually, I have found rates at many St. John agencies to be lower than those on St. Thomas (aside from Dependable) But they are all over the place on St. John..i found a 4 door Wrangler from $450 to $510 per week low season. Getting overcharged to get crammed into a van with the added bonus of a nice sticky wad of gum on my daughters new jacket was the last straw for us. We've rented on STT every visit since.

One of the first things we do on Island is grab a foot bucket at St. John Hardware. That and a gallon water jug and we're ready to beach for the week. Bucket is a villa donation when we leave.
