Palm Terrace was very very nice. 3 yrs ago it was brand new and the prices were right. View is just OK, but from the top unit it wasnt bad. also, the prices reflected that at the time. dont know what the prices are now. the 3 bedroom unit was HUGE!!! sqd- Lavender Hill is right across the street from Gallows Pt. the 2 buildings w/ lavender roofs!!! Go figure. Palm Terrace is on the little street that comes in right by Coconut Coast Studios. Our Hidden Reef Kayak trip today. Had to be at Haulover on East End @ 9:30 am. It's about time Artistic Villas designed a new website! I love Beach Villa And Beach Estate. However, it is rather irritating that they do not have rates for these 2 places. Greyhound, Thanks for the info...Pearly-Eyed Thrasher,,,no matter...I love them! they do have beady eyes, tho, don't they? A pair of them were my morning companions, also. A few yrs back, one of them was my outdoor shower companion, too. Maybe it was the same one!

Hi- Yea, Idyllic is an older home in Great Cruz Bay Estates. Looks to be more wood, than the newer stone and concrete. It is a great neighborhood, in case you haven't stayed there before. Amani was great- 2 bedrooms and kitchen and living area and pool, all on same level. Extra bedroom upstairs, w/ inside staircase. Island Getaways.
