Nothintolose, There's some good snorkeling around the rocks to the right of the walk path at Ditleff. Additionally to the left, out towards the point, there's a shallow reef with a nice collection of small fish and corals. For the Reef Bay snorkeling: I've not been myself, but have been told by a lo...

While we have never had any trouble with our St John Villa or in our neighborhood; we do have an alarm, security cameras, safes, security lights, good cell phone service, and a lockable gate. Additionally, our neighbors keep a close eye on things. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Our...

To the person asking where Cost-You-Less lis located: Cost-U-Less is located roughly in the center of St Thomas. There are basically two roads to Red Hook from the airport, one takes you along the cost and one over the top of the island. The later will take you by Cost-U-Less. It's located next to H...

This is a photo from our home which is located just below Sol Inclination. It should give you an idea of what type of view you will have. http://www.flickr.com/photos/13981985@N08/1414976373/ BTW, there are two beaches very close by. One is Reef Bay beach and the other is near Klein Bay. Both about ...

Cost-u-less is generally cheaper than Starfish and has just about everything you could want. Its prices are similar to Stateside - which is saying a lot. I usually bring a cooler AND hit Cost-u-less. But then again, I usually go for 2-3 weeks at a time and do a fair amount of entertaining. One draw ...

Sol Inclination
We are neighbors of Sol Inclination. You will not be disappointed with your choice. It's located only 15 minutes from town, and while Great Cruz Bay/Chocolate Hole is technically closer, the actual time to travel into town could very likely be the similar. Sol Inclination has possibly the best locat...

A large 4 bedroom that sleeps 10
You may want to consider South Shore Villa. It's a large 4 bedroom with two additional single beds that could be setup to accommodate a total of 10 people. Additionally, the villa Sol Inclination (also 4 bedrooms) is next door and could potentially be rented at the same time. South Shore Villa http:...

A Warm Pool
The pool at the South Shore Villa (www.stjohnrental.com) is South facing and thus gets sun all day. Additionally, it has a stone wall that extends into the pool. This picks up the heat during the day and helps to keep the pool warm even in the evenings. Finally, we are considering a solar hot water ...
