For a quick lunch before hitting the beach, we stopped at China Shack in the Marketplace. They accomodated our large group well and when we told them we had to drop off a couple of people for a dive trip in half an hour, they hurried our order through.

Food was good, not high cuisine by any means, but very good basic Chinese. The one exception was the hot and sour soup, which was some of the best I've had anywhere! I try to eat hot and sour at every Chinese restaurant I go to and this might have been the best ever. A little pricier than stateside Chinese ($10 for combo lunch), but more reasonable than lots of other restaurants on the island. And they deliver, too.
