My wife and I have eaten at Panini Beach each of the last three times we have been to St. John. We have never been disappointed.
The wait staff and owners were great. They give you just the right amount of attention without being in overbearing.
The food is out of this world. My wife is a huge fan of the parmesan crusted grouper (or mahi mahi...I can't remember). This year, I fell in love with the pan seared duck special they had. I normally will not eat a meal on St. John that is not seafood...but I made an exception for this meal.
Do not miss Panini Beach! Awesome Food, Awesome People, and an Awesome Sunset View!
