Excellent
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the world and our last visit there in March did not disappoint.
The food is always amazing at Asolare -- unique and inventive without being too crazy. And everything is perfectly prepared. The service, too, is always first-rate.
Finally, the setting cannot be equalled. One of the first things we do when we arrive in St. John is to call Asolare to make a reservation for a table on the rail at sunset. It's an incredible experience!
