We had a great week on St. John celebrating our 25th anniversary. We had dinner at Voyages in Coral Bay which is on the east side of St. John. Everything was perfect from the weather to the waterfront view to the food presentation to the bottle of Mouton Rothchild that we celebrated with! We met the chef/ owner Cheryl who was a delight and obviously enjoys what she is doing. Her time spent at the French Culinary Institute was highly evident. The real surprise came when she informed us that they were having a dance party that night after dinner. We stayed well beyond midnight and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The sound system is something that you would expect in a dance club and is awesome.
We will definately be back to Voyages. Thanks Cheryl!
