We had a great time and the Hotel on the Cay is the best place to rest your head in Christensted. Having the only in town beach makes it the place to be. You can get some nice snorkeling in right off the beach and can rent snorkel equipment & wave runners (pricey - $45 for 1/2 hour) right there.

Being on a cay off of the main island gives a greater sense of security and the ferry captains, front desk, hotel, bar, and restaurant staff are friendly and fun to talk with. Ask about internet specials when you contact them.

The only thing that was missing was a radio in our room. We would have liked to have music available but TV nor the alarm clock gave us the option.
